We are an independent inventory services company based in Kent. We offer a web based inventory and check out service to Landlords, Tenants, and Agents designed to provide the customer with accurate and speedy Lettings documentation.

Having been in the business for 8 years, we have developed our method from first hand experience of the specific needs of the customer.

We offer the following services:

• Inventory production: Delivered within 48 hours of the date of the visit.
• Check-In service: Report delivered within 24 hours of the date of the visit.
• Check-Out service: Report delivered within 24 hours of the date of the visit.

About Us:

We are a family business and have been involved in the Lettings business since 1998. The founder of the company gained his experience being part of one of the largest Lettings and Property Management companies operating in the South East.

In his capacity as Property Manager he was responsible for the commercial well being of 1500 properties and their corresponding Landlords and Tenants.

It is this coal-face experience that has helped create this company, in order to provide Letting Agents, Landlords, and Tenants with the most efficient, tailor made service possible.
