Moto Guzzi Twins by Mick Walker Welcome to the Moto Guzzi book review pages.

We will be writing reviews on the wide range of available books on Moto Guzzi.

If you have seen a book and wonder whether it's worth splashing out your har earned spondoolicks let us know and we'll check it out before you dip your toes in the proverbial.

We'll be starting the exercise with this classic, Moto Guzzi Twins by Mick Walker, one of the most renowned authorities on Moto Guzzi, he's written a range of books on the marque as well as other motorcycling books.

This book was published in 1986 by Osprey Publishing. We have a 1988 edition which was on sale at the time for £10.95. Click the book image to read the review.

The Moto Guzzi Story by Ian Falloon The second book we will be reviewing is The Moto Guzzi Story by Ian Falloon.

Again, quite a well known book and a well known author who has had access to a range of previously unpublished material to produce this book...apparently...

We'll be checking this out, I'm reading it at the moment and will let you know what to expect should you decide to part with the £19.99 asking price.

The book was originally published in 1999 by Haynes and we are looking at a 2000 edition. It consists of 174 pages and is illustrated throughout in colour and black and white with a technical data section.

The blurb claims: "Be careful with this book; it can make you want a Moto Guzzi" (Motorcyclist) and "...a worthy tour through the history of the factory" (Bike)... yeah, cause Bike magazine really know what they're talking about when it comes to Moto Guzzi...NOT!

I'll be examining whether the blurb is true...'cause we all want a flipping Moto Guzzi with or without this book! Squadra Guzzista "Motoguzzifan" has now reviewed it. Click the cover image to go to the page.

Moto Guzzi The Racing Story
The third book review is this publication from the pen of Mick Walker.

The review has been written by our own "Motoguzzifan"...forget reviews written by journos...listen to real readers!
