can anyone tell me my stone is silver gray on the gards and side covers but the tank is a flat cream with silver strip down middle i have been through many guzzi web sites and this does not seem to be a normal colour for this modle i have seen one other the same in NZ are these the only two

Hey vangard, welcome to Squadra Guzzista! That sounds like a perfectly normal colour scheme for the Cali Stone. They were originally available in grey, just like the earlier Jackal, but they soon started offering them in a variety of colours. Usually the colour was limited to the tank with the rest of the machine in grey.
There was even a version with a polished chrome tank which they called the Stone Metal. Have a look here, does your bike look like the one in this link?
