Hello I have a pair of dellorto PHF 32 mils to replace the worn out VHBs on my S3. Can anyone give me advice on such things as float height, needle settings, jet sizes etc, these carbs are a bit of a mystery to me. If anyone is local local to me ( Aylesford ) would really apprieciate some help ( food / drink always provided )

...just a quick thought, if you can't find info specifically on the S3, look for the 850T3 spec as the 750S3 was based on that bike as opposed to the 750S which it succeeded in line up but not heritage. The S3 was essentially tarted up T3 which filled the "sporting" gap until the arrival of the Le Mans and was, essentially, the same as the T3.
The PHF carbs, however, although they were standard issue accross the range were not on the T3 which retained the older square slide Dell'Ortos...I'm sure I've got the jet info etc round here somewhere...
