I have an 1100 sport and I would like to find out how to fit conventional handlebars to it. Maybe someone out here knows of a replacement top clamp set up so I don't have to alter the original. How did Ion change his sport? Did he mount the bars to the original top clamp by drilling holes in the clamp?

I am planning to take the fairing off mine and add the variobar risers shown in the link and maybe a Stelvio dual headlight module and go down the nakedbike look, maybe with an exhaust muffler ending below the swing-arm pivot like some of the Buell's.
